What is the reason for the regular scandals involving ‘We Got Married’ couples?

What do Alex & ShinAe, Crown J & Seo InYoung, Park SoHyun & Kim WonJun all have in common?
All have appeared on ‘We Got Married’ (known as ‘WGM’) as part of virtual couples with scandals of them being a ‘real’ couple.
For this reason the ‘WGM’ casts are known to deal with regular scandals. At the MBC Dream Centre in GyeongGi-Do, Illsan we met ‘WGM’ PD-nim Kim JunHyeon who analiyed the reasons “It’s because of our unique and professional take on the ‘Ideal matching’” he said.
When the ‘WGM’ crew are getting a new cast they find out their ideal type and secrectly find the opposite. (Oh, WGM you smarmy gits.) Kim JunHyeon PD said “We ask all the candidates about their ideal type who they’d like to be a couple with. but no matter how good of a picture they pain, ultimatly this isn’t a self-selection show”
In fact according to the production team when a candidate names his/her ideal type and is only a ‘visually strong team’ they immediately fail. In this regard the current WGM couples JangWoo – EunJung and LeeTeuk – Sora are not their ideal types but they will work well together regardless. After shooting has ended and they are officially ’off work’ unlike other shows the cast and crews of ‘WGM’ will not immediately leave, but stick around so they can talk to each-other. Kim JunHyeon PD revealed “‘WGM’ couples don’t just film and then go, they don’t like to think about leaving”
However the producers stated that the virtual couples are still not real lovers. Kim JunHyeon PD said “We only make out that their each-others ideal type, acting is only acting. scandals are quite literally just scandals”
EunJung’s ‘Hidden camera’ event was directly prepared by Lee JangWoo. Inviting MBC’s ‘WGM’ to the set of a KBS2TV drama “Glory Jane /Youngkwang’s JaeIn” along with EunJung. Kim JunHyeon PD “The fact that we got to shoot on the set of a third part’s filming site is not a easy agreement to make. Lee JangWoo kindly convined the KBS production team”

this is PD’s words, and he’s actually the last person I would trust with all that crap that happened to Woojung on WGM during his pding.
Moreover, I cannot see how he could say anything else. Imagine:

And how he would suppose to deal with 4 companies, one of which is SM? And dont forget that this is NOT a full translation! Just a phrase I could understand.
JangWoo’s and EunJung’s words and acts are speaking so much more than PD’s
yeah.. i get what you say..frankly speaking i really hope this two end up together..but i weird there not much story about Woojung or even gossip like adam couple..in other hand
there are story about Eunjung and other guy such soo hyun..i don’t remember his name..and also video about 91%compatible for this two..but i don’t know when is the video show up…
there are no many gossip news simply because WooJung is not that popular as Adam was. I’m sure if they would be that popular the stories about bracelets and message at 3AM would be all over the news. But only we, fans, know about it now.
EunJung is paired up with many guys, some show said that she and Taecyeon would be hard to separated if they are a couple by their Year sign or smth. some ppl ship her and BSH only it’s not Jangwoo for her, but see, it’s only other people’s prediction or preference, the real answer is known only by EunJung and JangWoo. and I think we, as fans, have not less chances of them to become real than other colleagues in K-entertainment.
yeah..what you said it’s true..i think people not want to ship her with Jangwoo because the popularity.Jangwoo seem not popular among teen or younger viewers likes us..it’s not i say Jangwoo not popular..he now start arising isn’t it?like taecyeon..he is an idol..all Korean know him..and BSH..is lead actor in first half of queen Insoo..and soo hyun also lead actor in new MBC drama..it’s different then Jangwoo.. i think Jangwoo really like Eunjung..but i don’t know how Eunjung feel toward him…

Anyways, I think it really shows how much jangwoo thinks about EunJung/WGM that he would personally convince KBS to let MBC on their set. Because we all remember jTBS said no, right.

AT WGM
as i remember way back on their christmas special episode 1.. when Jangwoo said ‘Look we have been married for 8 months,honey its been 8 months’ and Eunjung says ‘oh its creepy” i think she said that because she’s afraid of WGM any moment might end their woojung episodes.. am i right?! Because as i see it Eunjung is happy because despite of her busy schedules at least she can have a normal life i mean the ‘dating thing’ because of WGM show. Actually im still thankful of WGM for having this kind of program ..giving the idols the opportunity to enjoy not having so much pressure and just going with the flow right…and its up to the couples if they found themselves already attached to each other and continue to see outside of the show,like our WOOJUNG COUPLE… they might not say it literally but ‘ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS’ .. We can see it in their eyes the way they look into each other..(so CC’rs be optimistic ok)… Lets pray that they can still celebrate their FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Actually,whatever happen behind the scene, i think it’s not good to mention that all WGM couple was just acting, since they claim that WGM is Reality Show. it could make fans of this show a bit dissapoint about the fact.
what i figured out, if PD say “acting is just acting”, he want to protect their cast because lately, WGM cast got alot bash from fans, especially if one of them paired up with very famous idol.
but when he talk about Jangwoo’s hidden camera project, seems like he’s giving us a bit hint that they are real.
I believe the cast in WGm is profsnl in their work. And the comment of the pd that ‘acting is acting’… I believe it’s just a profesnl comment on what hppn at set. But, who knows what happen outside wgm.. Its the cast persnl feeling.. We as woojung fan believe that there is some sp r/ship btw this couple.. Whatever it is only they know.. Even actr that do about 3 mth of workng tgthr can get in r/ship.. Possiblities is there too for this couple who has almost 1 yr wrkng tgthr even though not for everyday.. But i believe people in entertaint industry always relate this 2 tgthr during the year… Well, we believe in positive way.. Wj miss u a lot.. <3

although the new couples are lively and some quite popular but when remembered back to the first original 6 couples, I beleive that many enjoyed Sangcho couple (Kim Hyun Joong andHwangbo )as I like this couple the best and still watched the old episodes regularly, then the
next is Andy-Sobi, however the latest ended Yong Hwa and Seoyueon and Nichkun and Victoria,these couples are the best for new generation.
Wish that PD can bring back the first 6 couples of WGM back as their reunion for few episodes.

I admit I secretly searched for their horoscopes to see if they were a match for Woojung and TeukSo couples. And what do you know? They are a good match.
Although they claimed it’s acting but there was something more in their acting, we can all tell can’t we?
The only part I couldn’t understand is why the jealousy came so early in the start for each couple. Hahaha!
